Meriden, CT (February 20, 2007) - Web Solutions, Inc. today announced the conclusion of its acquisition of JCM Internet Software, LLC, a ten-year-old web development firm of Avon, Connecticut. The company has already begun the integration of the two companies' operations, staff and customer support services to ensure a smooth transition and immediate value for all clients.
Mary Marinello, President & CEO of JCM Internet, joins the Web Solutions team as a Senior Sales Associate. She brings a decade of experience in management consulting, sales, and technical development. In her capacity as a full-time sales associate, Ms. Marinello will have a direct impact on sales, niche development and account representation. Two additional full-time members of the JCM staff will be joining Marinello at Web Soltuions.
Established in 1998, JCM Internet Software has emphasized industry specific Internet software solutions. JCM’s mission of understanding the unique needs of each customer has helped them to develop a distinct portfolio of 100+ clients in seven states and a full range of web-based products and services. These services, coupled with a customer-centric philosophy made JCM an appealing acquisition for Web Solutions. “The synergies between the two companies were powerful,” Marinello remarked. “There was an immediate sense that both groups, their clients and their staff would benefit substantially from this merger.”
Web Solutions now has over 400 active clients and will continue to evolve and expand to provide its clients with unique and intuitive web services including web-based software applications, custom content management solutions, search engine optimization, ecommerce systems and cutting edge designs and multimedia.
