The appointment calendar itself is user-friendly. No account is necessary, and it can be used by both current and new customers. Site visitors simply select a date on the calendar, and choose the a convenient time window, whether it's a specific time or a range of several hours. Finally, the customer will be prompted to provide their contact information and some basic details about their request. The staff at Simply Clean Carpet Services will review the request and contact the customer to confirm.
