The Orange Economic Development Corporation, tasked with promoting stable economic growth within the town of Orange, Connecticut, recently launched a fully redesigned website.
The Orange EDC began working with Web Solutions earlier this year to develop a sleeker, more modern website. They also wanted to explore ways to make the site a more resourceful tool for visitors, and Web Solutions was able to build in several interactive features to do just that.
Integration with CERC SiteFinder, an online database tool that lists available commercial properties in Connecticut, makes the website a one-stop resource for businesses interested in moving to Orange. The site also offers up-to-date employment listings, with the added capability of allowing hiring employers to post their open positions.
Other interactive features include a news module, which allows for the streamlined presentation of news articles as well as OEDC's monthy e-newsletters, and online registration forms, which make it easy to get involved with upcoming events such as the OEDC Golf Tournament or the annual Orange Expo.
With the wealth of information offered in one convenient location, both residents and businesses will find the new Orange EDC website a useful tool.
