Access Rehab Centers was formed in 1998 as an LLC joint venture between Waterbury Hospital and Easter Seals of Greater Waterbury. They are now the largest provider of therapy services in Western-Central Connecticut, bringing together under one roof physical, occupational, speech and aquatic therapy. The company has 11 outpatient clinics and provides contract staffing and therapy management services to schools systems, home care agencies and other hospitals.
Their new website targets Access Rehab’s three main markets: patients, physicians and those seeking contract services. For current and potential patients, the site features articles of interest, therapists' tips, FAQs, and the ability to pay their bills online. The site also includes a protected content area requiring a login to view videos produced by Access Rehab Centers.
